Caloosa Lakes POA (CLPOA) is located in unincorporated Hillsborough County within the Sun City Community Association located in Sun City Center.

Sun City Center is no community but a CDP (Census Designated Place) consisting mainly of the the two communities of Kings Point and Sun City Center Community Association.

The Sun City Center Community Association (SCCCA) has no relationship to the legal entity of CLPOA. 

The SCCCA exists to fulfill its Articles of Incorporation owning, providing and managing the recreations facilities for all homes within the age-restricted area, but has no other legal relationship to property within the area. For a map with the outer boundaries of the SCCCA please click here.​

Caloosa Lakes POA Inc. was organized as a not-for-profit corporation under chapter 617, Florida Statutes, established in 1988.

​It consists of 112 single family homes, located along part of East Del Webb Blvd, Linger Lane east of East Del Webb Blvd and Northway Drive. (Click here for map)

​SCCCA is an age-restricted community. One occupying member of the household must be 55 years of age or older, and children under 18 are not allowed to reside longer than 30 days per year.
